From the farmer's market, transformed into meals...
Potato burrito: corn, peppers, onions, potatoes and a yogurt/blue cheese dressing. We have some lovely local blue cheeses now.
Broccoli pasta: broccoli, pasta, homemade tomato sauce and Parmigiano-Reggiano ('cause I'm not perfect).
