Due to unseasonably cold temps in the house, I won't be planting anything for a couple days!
Here's what you learn/remember when you have limited heat in the house and it's below freezing outside:
1. Hats, mitts and cowls are not necessarily only for outdoors.
2. That it is easier to knit with a cat in your lap then to stitch. This may be a cat specific issue however. Reading is even better.
3. It might be a good idea to have a couple pairs of socks that can go in the dryer.
4. It might just be possible that there are times it is too cold for ice cream.
5. Running just one baseboard heater in a house has a limited amount of usefulness.
6. A hair dryer might not be a luxury item.
7. It is possible to do some really silly things.
8. People are incredibly kind.
It's just started snowing again. Snow is woven in and out of the forecast for the next week.
