It was a recipe for homemade goldfish crackers (at Smitten Kitchen) that took a slightly different turn since I didn't have a goldfish cookie cutter.
Made me think of cloud seeding and Kate Bush's song "Cloudbusting."
The crackers are very good and worth making again. I used a very sharp local cheese called "River Cheddar." It does make a very small batch of crackers though. You don't need a food processor as the recipe suggests, I used my mixer.
Little bits of color starting to show up in my garden. I think there will be something new to discover every day now. Every winter I think I need to work more evergreens into the garden, but there is pure magic in how the garden wakes up and transforms from brown and gray to lush green each year.
Started playing with the onion skins today too. Scattered the onion skins one direction the first time and then turned and scattered them the other direction for the second.
