First harvest of the year (if I don't count eggs), rhubarb for coffee cake...yum!
I wanted to get a picture of the chicks that would show how big they are getting but they were very uncooperative...

I've started turning the heat lamp off during the day to start acclimating them for going outside. Next weekend might be the big move, depending on the temperatures at night.
It's going to start raining any time now, but the morning was actually very pleasant for gardening. I love the way the golden hops look growing up the raspberry canes. I know I'll regret it later in the spring. It got a bit out of control last year.
This morning I found a very good documentary (via Farmama). It is long, but worth watching. It covers the future of our food supply and permaculture.
Time to plant more seeds.
