This is the time of year when I keep a big batch of crumble topping on hand in the freezer.
A bit of fruit on the bottom (in this case apricots, raspberries and blueberries) and a handful of topping on top.
And continuing to build layers on a photo:
The top layer is twilight blue indigo from the fermentation vat.
Just a couple quick dips to see if it was still working.
