I think I have been in a state of hibernation, with a few occasional stretches to test the temperature.
Originally I thought, like a bear.
But today, I thought, "no like a bumble bee."
And that reminded me of something my mother found that I wanted to share, Flow hives.
I am not sure this is the exact video she found, but this is so awesome!
My parent's dog, Beau.
I spent Saturday with them at a garden sale.
Being out for the day is a good way to break out of hibernation.
It's the kind of space that allows me to focus on one project for a good length of time.
Worked on this throughout the day (a shawl to be).
Tender green, like spring leaves.
Inspiration from the garden,
tattered by rain, wind, snails and slugs.
Rescued and brought inside so I could look closer.
What I like on the small project I have been working on for
Field notes: Rain with enough of a pause for me to clean the chicken coop.
