The wind is howling, gust over 50 MPH and a windchill of 16F at the moment.

Soup weather!

Soup

Broth with some of the frozen mashed potatoes stirred in + dried red peppers + dried kale + herbs and olive oil.

The mashed potatoes have also been good defrosted and used as a pizza topping.

I would say freezing mashed potatoes is useful and a success.
