winter solstice

Sunrise: 8:00 Sunset:  4:16 pm, 8 hours and 16 minutes of light today.

Outside through the window

I measured about 10 inches of snow yesterday morning.  We've barely been above 20 F for the last two days, colder for the next two days and wind.  It's powdery light snow which really isn't typical for us. More snow in the forecast.
